The AX1824 watch is a two-tone, stainless steel timepiece with a black dial and matching black and silver bracelet. At 45mm case diameter, this was the perfect size for my wrist. The thick stainless-steel back ensures that it is water resistant up to 100 meters, a feature good enough for the accidental splashes. But then I wasn’t planning on going diving with the watch!
The watch features a quartz movement and mineral crystal. Thick stainless-steel hour markers contrast with the black dial. The proportionate sweep of the hands lends a touch of elegance to this terrific timepiece.
The unobtrusive date display is placed at the 6 o’clock position, while the distinctive Armani Exchange logo is placed in the upper half of the watch face, ensuring the dial remains clean and uncluttered. The rotating bezel displays the seconds markers.
