My son Larry has his share of the rough and tumble with his job in law enforcement. The framed day and date window in white is easily readable and a useful feature of the Citizen BM8475-00F. A mineral crystal covers the watch face and a nylon strap completes the ensemble.

I picked out this watch for Citizen’s most famous Eco Drive technology. Eco Drive watches are powered by natural or artificial light, so never need batteries. It is a green technology that reduces the electronic waste create by discarded batteries, thus protecting the environment. 

For its affordable price (I paid CN$166) the Citizen BM8475-00F it was the perfect choice. The swat-styled stealthy look perfectly suitable for Larry. It could be paired with any kind of outfit from casual to formal and worn for any occasion. The nylon strap and 100m water resistance meant it could be worn to a beach party as well.
