This is one of the three forms the Seiko SBDC diver watches come in, the difference being in its stainless steel bracelet and the black dial. It is modestly priced compared to other mechanical diver watches and also sports a hacking (stopping the seconds-hand for a more accurate time synchronizing/setting) ability, much to the delight of veteran Seiko enthusiasts. A step forward from the ubiquitous, entry-level 7s-caliber movements!
